Ingredients

  • 4 cup water, tap
  • .28 ounce-weight tomatoes, crushed, cnd
  • 3 serving potatoes peeled and diced
  • 3 carrots thinly sliced
  • 1 serving onion chopped
  • 1 serving celery rib chopped
  • 1 cup dry lentils
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 gram bay leaves
  • 4 tsp spice blend, curry, pwd
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt, table

Recipe Method

1. In a slow cooker, combine all ingredients; stir well. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours or until vegetables are tender. Discard the bay leaves before serving.
