Hearty Beef Vegetable Stew

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
  • 3 pound Beef chuck trimmed
  • 4 serving Potatoes cut in chunks
  • 3 carrots sliced
  • 1/2 serving onion sliced
  • 1 cup water, tap

Recipe Method

1. Sprinkle 1 tsp Old Bay over beef. Sprinkled remaining Old Bay over vegetables. Place all ingredients in slow cooker and cook on high for six hours.
