Orange-Glazed Carrots

Ingredients

  • 3 cup carrots Thinly sliced
  • 2 cup water, tap
  • 1/4 tsp salt, table
  • 3 tbsp butter, unsalted
  • 3 tbsp marmalade, orange
  • 2 tbsp pecans, dried, chopped

Recipe Method

1. Combine carrots, water and salt in the crockpot. Cover and cook on high 2 to 3 hours or until tender.
2. Drain well; stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on high 20 to 30 minutes.
