A quick, yet tasty, dish.
1. Thaw fish, if frozen. Rinse and pat dry with paper towels. Coat an unheated large nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat over medium-high heat. Add fish; cook for 6 to 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork (tuna can be slightly pink in the centre), turning once.
2. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan stir together the hoisin sauce and orange juice; heat through.
3. To serve, drizzle the hoisin mixture over the fish. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
