Ingredients

  • 16 ounce-weight tuna fillets (four 4 oz.) 3/4-inch thick
  • 1 cooking spray, 1/3 sec spray
  • 1/3 cup sauce, hoisin
  • 3 cup orange juice, chilled
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds, whole, rstd/toasted

Recipe Method

1. Thaw fish, if frozen. Rinse and pat dry with paper towels. Coat an unheated large nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat over medium-high heat. Add fish; cook for 6 to 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork (tuna can be slightly pink in the centre), turning once.

2. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan stir together the hoisin sauce and orange juice; heat through.

3. To serve, drizzle the hoisin mixture over the fish. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
