1. Coat an unheated large nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 to 2 minutes or until golden brown. Add tomatoes, roasted red peppers and crushed
2. Meanwhile sprinkle veal chops with salt. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Reduce heat to medium. Place veal chops in skillet; cook for 12 to 14 minutes or until medium doneness is reached (160 F.), turning once halfway through cooking time. Carefully cut meat from bones; thinly slice meat.
