Tender Pork Roast

Ingredients

  • 3 pound pork, roast, boneless
  • 8 ounce-weight tomato sauce, cnd
  • 3/4 cup sauce, soy
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp mustard, ground

Recipe Method

1. Cut roast in half, place in a 5 quart slow cooker. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over roast. Cover and cook on Low for 8-9 hours or until a meat thermometer reads 160-170 degrees.

2. Remove roast to a serving platter and keep warm. If desired, skim fat from pan juices and thicken for gravy.
