  • 200 ml cream, whipping, 35% b.f.
  • 3/5 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs, whole
  • 3 2/5 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp flour, bread, unenrich

Recipe Method

Prepare 12 tart shells, can buy the frozen tart shells from any supermarket. Prebake the tart shells for 12-14 minutes, or until light brown.

1. Preheat the oven to 300F. Line prebaked tart shells on the baking tray. 2. Combine all ingredients in the big mixing bowl and mix it well. Strain the mixture into a jug and pour it into the prebaked tart shells. 3. Bake at 300F for 15 - 20 minutes, or until firm. Leave to cool slightly before removing from the tins. Garnish with candied lemon strips and serve.
