Cake base
1. Preheat the oven 325F. Blend flour and sugar together, break butter into pieces and add into flour mix and mix untill fine meal stage. Add in eggs and blend thoroughly but it should still be a crumble not a dough. Spray 1 8" cake tin with lined baking paper, and press in place. Bake the base for 8 minutes. Line the base of 8 inch round springform tin with foil and brush it with oil.

1. Preheat the oven 275F. Beat the sugar and lime zest to infuse the lime flavour into the sugar. Add

3. Pour the mixture into the tin and bake for 1 hour with water bath.
