1. Preheat the oven to 180C. Line one or two baking trays with baking paper. Using electric blend shortening,
2. Blend in eggs gradually. Sift in the flour, stir until combined, using a large metal spoon.
3. Place tablespoons of the mixture on the trays, leaving room for spreading. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden. Leave the biscuits on the trays for at least 2 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool.
Also can try adding 0.25 cup of chopped chocolate or chocolate bits to the dough. For neater biscuits, roll the mixture into balls and flatten on the tray.
