1. Perpare 4 baked pie shell. Or you can buy it from the supermarket.
2. Put gelatin leaves in the cold water, and make it soft. Drain the water out and set aside. Bring
3. Whip large part of whipping cream to soft peak, and set aside.
4. Bring small amount of whipping cream to boil, when it is boil remove the heat and add in soft gelatin leaves. Pour hot milk add into the chocolate mixture, stir well and smooth. Add in whipped cream to the chocolate mixture, mix it combined together.
5. Spread evenly into the pie shell. Carefully smooth the surface and refrigerate until set.
When the mousse is set, cut a pie in 8 pieces and serve with whipped cream.
