1. Preheat the oven 180C. Line a tray with baking paper. Bring butter and sugar into a mixing bowl and beat it until light and smooth.
2. Sift in flour in the mixture and stir it well. Add vanilla extract and stir until the mixture become a dough.
3. Roll the dough 12mm thick and cut the dough into 2.5cm and 6cm long
4. And then line up on the baking tray and punch holes on the top.
5. Bake at 180C for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
If you over mix the dough, it will come out very soft.
