1/2 cup waterchestnuts, matai, cnd, w/liquid, slices
1/4 cup seeds, sunflower, hulled
1 cup dressing, mayonnaise type, fat free
2 tbsp mustard, dijon
8 cup salad, field greens
Recipe Method
1. In a large bowl combine chicken breast, celery, onion, water chestnuts, olives and sunflower seeds. Add mayonnaise and Dijon mustard; mix well. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours or up to 24.
