1. For dressing, in a screw-top jar combine
2. Trim fat from steak. Cut into bite-size strips. Coat an unheated large nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Add sesame oil to skillet. Preheat over medium-high heat. Add meat, cook and stir in hot oil for 2 to 3 minutes or until meat is slightly pink in centre. Add apple slices; cook and stir about 1 minute more or just until heated through. Sprinkle with pepper.
3. To serve, divide salad greens among 4 dinner plates. Arrange meat mixture on dop of greens. Shake dressing; drizzle over salads.
