1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Bake pie shell 6 minutes. And set aside.
2. Reduce heat to 325 degrees. Arrange broccoli with chicken and cheese in baked pie shell. In a bowl beat eggs with milk, onion, sage, coriander, salt and pepper. Pour over broccoli and chicken. Bake 50 minutes. Cool for 10-15 minutes and serve.
