Ingredients

  • 1 10 inch pie shell
  • 10 ounce-weight chopped broccoli cooked 3 min & drained
  • 2 cup chicken diced & cooked
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 4 eggs, whole
  • 1 3/10 cup skim milk
  • 1 tbsp onion grated
  • 1/2 tsp salt, table
  • 1/2 tsp herb, coriander, ground
  • 1 tsp pepper, white

Recipe Method

1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Bake pie shell 6 minutes. And set aside.

2. Reduce heat to 325 degrees. Arrange broccoli with chicken and cheese in baked pie shell. In a bowl beat eggs with milk, onion, sage, coriander, salt and pepper. Pour over broccoli and chicken. Bake 50 minutes. Cool for 10-15 minutes and serve.
