Ingredients

Wraps
  • 2 1/4 pound chicken, deli roasted
  • 8 flour tortillas, 8 to 10 inch
  • 1/2 cup sauce, hoisin
  • 1/4 cup peanuts, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup radishes, daikon, fresh
Dipping Sauce
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce, shoyu, low sodium
  • 3 tbsp vinegar, rice, natural
  • 1 tbsp water, tap
  • 1 tsp oil, sesame, toasted, unrefined

Recipe Method

Wraps

1. Remove skin from chicken and discard. Remove chicken from bones and shred chicken. Set aside.

2. Spread one side of each tortilla with hoisin sauce; sprinkle with peanuts and green onions. Top with shredded chicken and shredded daikon. Roll up tortillas; half each one crosswise.

Dipping Sauce

1. For dipping sauce, in a small bowl combine soy sauce, vinegar, water and sesame oil. Serve with wraps.
