Ingredients

  • 12 piece bread, focaccia, sourdough
  • 1/3 cup dressing, mayonnaise type, fat free
  • 1 cup herb, basil, fresh, leaves, chpd
  • 2 cup chicken cooked and sliced or shredded
  • 3 ounce-weight roasted red peppers drained and cut into strips (about 1/2 cup)

Recipe Method

1. Using a long serrated knife, cut bread in half horizontally. Spread cut sides of bread halves with mayonnaise.

2. Layer basil leaves, chicken and roasted peppers between bread halves. Cut into six pieces.
