Ingredients

  • 6 ounce-weight tuna, light, cnd/water, drained
  • 2 tbsp oil, olive, extra virgin
  • 2 tsp lemon juice, raw
  • 1 tsp capers, cnd, drained
  • 1/8 tsp spice, pepper, black, ground
  • 2 tbsp dressing, mayonnaise type, fat free
  • 8 piece bread, whole wheat, 100%
  • 4 piece lettuce, boston, fresh, leaf, lrg
  • 4 piece tomato slices, large

Recipe Method

1. In a small bowl combine tuna, oil, lemon juice, capers and pepper.

2. To assemble, spread mayonnaise on 4 bread slices. Top with lettuce, tomato slices and tuna mix. Top with remaining bread slices.
