Turkey & Cranberry Sandwiches with Curry Dressing

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp dressing, mayonnaise type, fat free
  • 1/2 tsp curry powder
  • 1/3 cup cranberry sauce, whole, cnd
  • 8 piece bread, whole wheat, 100%
  • 8 ounce-weight turkey breast, cooked, smoked thinly sliced
  • 1 cup watercress (or spinach leaves) tough stems removed

Recipe Method

1. For dressing, in a small bowl stir together the mayonnaise and curry powder. Set aside.

2. Spread one side of 4 of the bread slices with cranberry sauce. Divide and arrange turkey and watercress atop the cranberry sauce. Spread dressing on one side of remaining 4 slices of bread. Fold together into 4 sandwiches.
