Turkey-Tomato Wraps

Ingredients

  • 7 ounce-weight hummus
  • 3 tortilla, whole wheat
  • 8 ounce-weight turkey breast, cooked peppered thinly sliced
  • 6 piece lettuce, romaine leaves ribs removed
  • 3 tomatoes thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup onion three thin slices separated into rings

Recipe Method

1. Spread hummus evenly over tortillas. Layer with turkey breast, romaine, tomatoes and red onion. Roll up each tortilla into a spiral. Cut each roll in half.

To make ahead: Prepare as directed. Wrap in plastic and chill for up to 4 hours.
