Recipe Method
1. Cut
chicken into 1/2-inch pieces. Place
chicken in a 3 1/2 or 4-quart
slow cooker. Add tomatoes and water.
2. Cover and cook on low-heat setting for 5 to 6 hours or on high-heat for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Stir in couscous. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes. Fluff couscous in with a fork. Serve with feta cheese and olives.
