Recipe Method
1. In a 3 1/2 to 4 1/2-quart
slow cooker combine the
beans, tomatoes, frozen vegetables,
okra and Cajun seaoning.
2. Cover and cook on low-heat setting for 6 to 8 hours or for 3 to 4 hours on high. Serve on hot cooked brown rice.
