Crock Pot Beef Hash

Ingredients

  • 3 cups beef cooked, cut up
  • 2 hash brown potatoes (10 oz frozen packages), thawed
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup butter melted
  • 1 cup beef broth or gravy
  • 1 tsp salt, table
  • 1 tsp pepper, white

Recipe Method

1. Place all ingredients in crockpot. Cover and cook on Low for 6 to 8 hours or on High for 2 to 3 hours. Serve in hot.
