Recipe Method
1. Mix
batter ingredients together and
set aside. Cut
cod fillets into serving sizes. Dip pieces into
batter (make sure pieces are dry so
batter will stick).
2. Deep fry in 1-inch of oil for 10 to 15 minutes each side or until golden brown.
