Lemon Baked Fish

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Flounder or haddock fillets fresh or frozen
  • 1 tbsp butter, unsalted
  • 4 tsp lemon juice, raw
  • 1 tsp Lemon rind grated
  • 1/8 tsp salt, table
  • 1 tsp pepper, white
  • 1/8 tsp Rosemary

Recipe Method

1. Thaw frozen fish. Preheat oven to 350 F (moderate). Divide frozen fish into 6 servings. Place in single layer in a baking pan.

2. Mix fat, lemon juice, lemon rind, salt, pepper, and rosemary into a small bowl, and then pour over fish. Bake for 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
