Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup yogurt, plain, lowfat
  • 1/4 cup salad dressing, ranch, w/buttermilk, light, w/art swtnr
  • 8 ounce-weight chicken (or turkey; about 1 1/2 cups) cooked and chopped
  • 1/2 cup broccoli raab, fresh, chpd
  • 1/4 cup carrot shredded
  • 1/4 cup nuts, walnuts, black, dried, chpd
  • 2 whole wheat pita bread rounds, 6 to 7 halved crosswise

Recipe Method

1. In a small bowl stir together yogurt and ranch dressing.

2. In a medium bowl combine chicken, broccoli, carrot and nuts. Pour yogurt mixture over chicken; toss to coat. Spoon chicken mixture into pita halves.

To Make Ahead: Prepare and then wrap each sandwich tightly in plastic wrap. Chill for up to 24 hours.
