1. Sprinkle cheese onto one half of each tortilla. Top with ham, tomato and if desired,
2. In a 10-inch skillet cook quesadillas, 2 at a time, over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes or until lightly browned, turning once. Cut into wedges and serve immediately.
