1. Slice French bread in half lengthwise. Spread cut sides of bread with dip. Layer carrot, lettuce, cucumber, meat and cheese on bottom portion of bread. Replace top portion of bread. Cut into 8 pieces. If necessary, secure each piece with a toothpick.
To Make Ahead: Wrap entire sandwich in plastic wrap. Chill for up to 4 hours.
