1. Place tortillas in a single layer on an ungreased extra-large baking sheet. Brush the top side of each tortilla with a little of the oil. Bake, uncovered, in a 400 F. oven for 5 minutes. Remove.
2. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, stir together
3. Bake for 7 to 8 minutes more or until cheese is melted and filling is heated through. Top with lettuce, garnish with sour cream and chopped tomato.
