Fruit Cups with Strawberry Dressing

Ingredients

  • 2 cup strawberries, fresh, sliced
  • 1/4 cup orange juice concentrate thawed
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 2 kiwifruits peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 orange peeled and sectioned
  • 2 bananas sliced
  • 1 peach, plum or nectarine sliced
  • 1 apple or pear cored and sliced

Recipe Method

1. For dressing, in a blender or food processor place half of the berries, the orange juice concentrate and sugar. Cover and blend or process until smooth; set aside. If using strawberries, slice the remaining half cup.

2. In a large bowl combine kiwifruits, orange sections, banana slices, peach slices, apple and remaining berries. Serve in bowls with dressing.
