Ingredients

  • 2 bananas sliced
  • 1 cup orange juice, chilled
  • 1 cup yogurt, plain, lowfat
  • 1 cup strawberries, fresh or frozen sliced
  • 8 ice cubes

Recipe Method

1. Place banana slices on a baking sheet. Freeze for 1 hour.

2. In a blender combine orange juice, yogurt, strawberries and frozen bananas. Cover and blend until pureed. With machine running, add ice cubes, one at a time until desired consistencey achieved.
