  • 4 piece lettuce, bibb, fresh, leaf, lrg
  • 4 ounce-weight lunchmeat, turkey breast, oven roast, deli sliced
  • 2 tsp honey mustard (or mayonnaise)
  • 1 plum tomato halved and thinly sliced

Recipe Method

1. Place lettuce leaves on a flat surface. Cut leaves in half lengthwise and remove centre vein.

2. Place 1/2 ounce of the turkey on each leaf half just below the centre. Spread honey mustard or mayonnaise dressing over turkey. Top with tomato. Roll up. Secure with toothpicks.
