Recipe Method
1. Place
lettuce leaves on a flat surface. Cut leaves in half lengthwise and remove centre vein.
2. Place 1/2 ounce of the turkey on each leaf half just below the centre. Spread honey mustard or mayonnaise dressing over turkey. Top with tomato. Roll up. Secure with toothpicks.
