Light and easy.
1- Cook rice accordingly (1 part rice: 2 parts Water), add butter.
2- Heat up
3- Chop veggies.
4- Once rice is ready, heat up tortillas in mircowave.
5-Using a large serving spoon, serve rice into center of warmed tortilla, add tomato and onion, beans, guacamole, cheese, and sour cream on top.
6- Roll once, and bring sides together, roll again.
