Ingredients

  • 4 tortilla, flour
  • 1 cup rice, white, long grain, dry
  • 2 cup Black Beans, Canned
  • 1 tbsp butter, unsalted
  • 1 cup onion, white, fresh, chpd
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 Tomatos Chopped
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 pound Cheddar Cheese Shredded
  • 2 cup Iceberg Lettuce Chopped
  • 10 ounce-weight guacamole

Recipe Method

1- Cook rice accordingly (1 part rice: 2 parts Water), add butter.

2- Heat up black beans to a boil, then simmer.

3- Chop veggies.

4- Once rice is ready, heat up tortillas in mircowave.

5-Using a large serving spoon, serve rice into center of warmed tortilla, add tomato and onion, beans, guacamole, cheese, and sour cream on top.

6- Roll once, and bring sides together, roll again.
