1- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2- Combine first 10 ingredients in pot and heat through on medium heat, stirring occasionally, until brown sugar is dissolved.
3- Season ribs slightly with salt and pepper
4- Place ribs in fry pan at high heat until just browned. Place in casserole or oven proof baking dish. Pour sauce over ribs and cover with lid or foil wrap. Place in oven and bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours.
Serve with rice.
