Yummy, sweet and savory chicken wings, great for an appetizer or main course.

Ingredients

Chicken
  • 3 pound chicken wings, raw
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
Sauce
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Recipe Method

1- Dip chicken wings in egg, then in flour, brown in olive oil. Place in baking dish.

2- Combine sauce ingredients in a sauce pan and cook enough to dissolve sugar, stirring. frequently. Pour over wings, bake uncovered in oven, for 1 hour at 350 degrees, basting several times.
