Cranberry, Banana & Sesame Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup cranberries, dried
  • 1/2 lemon juice of
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds, whole, rstd/toasted
  • 2 tbsp yogurt, plain low fat strained
  • 1 cup milk, nonfat/skim, w/o add vit a

Recipe Method

1. Place cranberries and lemon juice in a food processor or blender and process until the berries are in small pieces.

2. Add the banana and sesame seeds and process to a puree, scraping the mixture down from the sides.

3. Add the yogurt and milk, processing until smooth and frothy. Pour into a large glass or into two small glasses.
