Mango, Orange & Soy Milkshake

Ingredients

  • 1 mango
  • 1 orange, juice of
  • 2/3 cup soy milk
  • 2 tsp honey, amber

Recipe Method

1. Halve the mango and discard seed. Scoop the flesh into a food processor or blender.

2. Add the orange juice, soy milk, and 1 tsp. of the honey. Process until smooth, scraping the mixture down from sides of bowl.

3. Taste for sweetness and if necessary add a little more honey. Pour into a large glass or into two small glasses.
