A delicious yet very healthy appetizer.
1. Place the mascarpone cheese into a bowl and beat lightly to soften. Stir in sufficient milk to give the consistency of thick yogurt.
2. Add the feta cheese, celery, olives, green onions, garlic, herbs and seasoning. Gently fold ingredients together until combined.
3. Turn into a serving bowl, cover and chill until ready to serve. Serve with crackers or flatbreads.
