1. Put the apple juice and cinnamon in a heat-proof serving bowl. Sprinkle in the millet flakes and stir gently.
2. Microwave on full power for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring frequently until thick and creamy. Serve with spoonfuls of yogurt and sprinkle with sugar.
To Cook on Stove: Put the ingredients into a small pot and heat, gently, stirring frequently for 6 to 8 minutes until thick and creamy. Add a little extra juice if mixture becomes dry.
Variation: For a change try using fresh orange juice instead of apple juice, adding a little honey for extra sweetness.
