BBQ Flank Steak

This is good for a crowd, simple to make.

Flank steaks marinated for a day or two makes the meat softer and tastier.

Ingredients

  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1/2 cup red onion chopped
  • 1/2 tsp spice, mustard seed, ground
  • 1/3 cup oil, olive, extra virgin extra virgin
  • 3/4 tsp pepper, white
  • 1/3 cup dry white wine
  • 3 tbsp vinegar, white wine
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp spice, ginger root, fresh minced

Recipe Method

1- Slash steak edges to avoid shrinkage. Combine all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate 6 hours to 48 hours. Turn steak each 12 hours.

2- Grill 2" from coals 4 - 6 min. or longer for well done. Sprinkle with salt if desired. Cut as for a London broil.
