Quick 'n' Easy Potato salad that's considered a "classic".
1- In large pot cook potatoes until cooked but still firm.
2- In separate mixing bowl combine mayonnaise, celery seed, green onion, cream of celery soup, red wine vinegar, celery, green pepper,red pepper, salt & pepper and paprika. Blend and mix thoroughly. Add chopped hard boiled egg and cubed cooked potatoes. Stir together until well blended - do not over blend.
Serve and garnish with a sprig of parsley
For best results cover and refrigerate up to 4 hours.
