This a fresh fruit guacamole that has a wonderful twist on tradition.

Ingredients

  • 4 avocado, avg, fresh peeled, pitted, chopped
  • 1 mango, fresh peeled, pitted, chopped
  • 30 ml lemon juice
  • 15 ml vinegar, cider
  • 65 ml green onion minced
  • 65 ml white onion minced
  • 5 ml herb, coriander, ground
  • 45 ml herb, cilantro, leaves, fresh chopped
  • 1 tomato chopped
  • 5 ml sea salt
  • 45 ml canned jalapenos minced
  • 45 ml pomegranate seeds

Recipe Method

1- Place avocados in mixing bowl and gently mash to coarse consistency.

2- Add all other ingredients, except pomegranite seeds and mix well.

3- Place in serving bowl and garnish with pomegranite seeds.

Serve flour tortilla chips alongside.
