Orange Balsamic Vinaigrette

This is great for a spinach salad or bean salad.

This is very flavorful dressing and greatly enhances spinach salads. Can be put in the fridge and kept for up to 2 weeks.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mustard, dijon
  • 1/2 tbsp garlic cloves chopped
  • 1/2 tbsp shallots, fresh chopped
  • 1/4 liter orange juice, fzn conc
  • 1/2 liter vinegar, balsamic
  • 1/2 liter oil, olive, extra virgin
  • 1 1/4 liter oil, canola

Recipe Method

1- In a large bowl blend dijon, garlic, shallots, and orange concentrate. Add the rest of the ingredients, emulsify with hand blender. Chill.
