1. Place 24 paper baking cups on a large tray or cookie sheet. Chop the fudge and chocolate into small dice and set aside.
2. Put the butter and syrup in a large saucepan and heat gently, stirring until the butter melts. Stir in the cocoa powder and remove from heat. Stir in the cereal until well coated.
3. Add the chopped chocolate and fudge to the mixture. Spoon into the paper cups, packing the mixture down gently, and leave to set. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
VARIATION: Substitute 2/3 cup of dark or golden raisins for the fudge, if preferred.
