This recipe takes very little preparation time and can be eaten warm or cold on baguette bread or crackers or toast rounds.
1- Chop artichoke hearts.
2- Blend with mayonnaise and cheese.
3- Spoon into a shallow, small buttered casserole dish.
4- Bake in preheated oven at 350F for 20 minutes.
Serve with baguette, crackers or toast rounds.
