  • 540 ml artichokes, hearts, marinated, cnd
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup cheese, parmesan, grated
  • .15 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

Recipe Method

1- Chop artichoke hearts.

2- Blend with mayonnaise and cheese.

3- Spoon into a shallow, small buttered casserole dish.

4- Bake in preheated oven at 350F for 20 minutes.

Serve with baguette, crackers or toast rounds.

After I took this out of the oven and placed it in front of my 4 friends they gobbled it up in less than 10 minutes. Least to say, they liked it a lot.
