Barbeque Spareribs

Easy & delicious

Great spicy ribs, not too hot. Meat will fall off bones!

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 pound pork, ribs, backribs, raw
  • 1 cup sugar, brown
  • 1 cup hot ketchup (with tobasco)
  • 1 cup sauce, chili
  • 2 cup onions, raw

Recipe Method

1- Cut up ribs

2- Brown ribs in fry pan (about 15 minutes)

3- Heat sugar, ketchup, chili sauce on stove until sugar dissolves

4- Mix all ingredients in broiler pan and cook, covered at 275F for 3 hours.
