Spinach Salad

Great dressing.

The key is the salad dressing - light & delicious.

Ingredients

Salad
  • 10 ounce-weight spinach, chopped
  • 10 pieces bacon
  • 3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1/4 cup green onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
Dressing
  • 1/2 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 7 tbsp salad oil

Recipe Method

1- Combine salad dressing ingredients and refrigerate for 4 hours.

2- Cook eggs and bacon and toss with salad ingredients.

3- Add dressing to salad just before serving.
