This soup is very popular with children and is a good way of introducing them to soup.
1- Melt the butter in a saucepan and fry the chicken for 1 minute.
2- Add the tomatoes, stir, and pour in the chicken stock. Bring to a boil, then add the carrot and noodles. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
3- Just before serving, season well and add the lemon juice. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
