This is comfort food at it's finest - the glaze on top is my favorite.
This is a very very easy recipe and it's quick which is why I like it so much.
1- Combine meatloaf ingredients and put in baking pan.
2- For the glaze, mix the ketchup with the brown sugar and spread over meatloaf.
3- Bake for one and a quarter hour at 350F
