Blackberry Cobbler

Easy dessert to prepare.

Cobbler is standard but can be used with different fruits.

Ingredients

Fruit
  • 4 cup blackberries, fresh
  • 3/4 cup sugar
Cobbler Mixture (Step 1)
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
Cobbler Mixture (Step 2)
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 eggs
  • 2 tbsp butter

Recipe Method

1- Prepare fruit and place in a lightly greased cake pan.

2- In a bowl, mix together the ingredients in first step, set aside.

3- In a second bowl, mix together the ingredients in second step. Once mixed, combine the two bowls together and drop over the berry mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees for 35- 40 minutes until golden brown.
