Meatballs are easy too make ahead and frozen until ready to use. Sauce can be made just prior to baking. Tastes good reheated.
1- In a bowl, combine all meatball mixture ingredients and shape into walnut size balls.
2- Place on a cookie sheet and place in freezer until solid. (Package into plastic bags and store in the freezer if baking later)
3- When ready to bake, combine sauce ingredients and stir until sugar is dissolved.
4- Place meatballs in a 13x9x2 baking pan. Pour on the sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Makes approximately 60-70 meatballs.
